How many weapons are in Crimson Moon?
33 weapons and 16 shields are catalogued so far — 49 items in total. The count comes from the community wiki at crimsonmoon.wiki.gg, the same wiki the developers link from their own Steam announcements, and covers what is “currently known to be available” rather than a confirmed final total. Nine weapons list a boss as their unlock source and one comes from the Deluxe Edition; the rest are marked as in-game finds without a catalogued location. What weapon types exist?
Five types, mapped onto the official loadout. Every Nephilim equips nine pieces of gear — per the developers’ builds explainer, that is four armour pieces, two trinkets, a one-handed weapon and shield, and a two-handed weapon. The catalogue sorts weapons into one-handed axes, one-handed hammers, one-handed swords and polearms, with shields as the companion slot; polearms fill the two-handed position — Game8’s pick for the best early two-handed weapon, the Reaper Poleaxe, is a polearm. Are there edition or platform exclusives?
One weapon and several armor sets. The Axe of the Gods (with the Empower art) is the only edition-exclusive weapon — it comes with the Deluxe Edition. Platform exclusivity applies to armor instead: the PS5 Sonai Magistrate set, the Xbox Hex Knight set, the Steam Valiant set and the Epic Epoch set, plus Discord and Twitch variants — all catalogued in the gear overview.
