How much does Crimson Moon cost?

The Standard Edition costs $19.99 USD and launched on September 1, 2026. It is available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, and on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Regional pricing may vary.

The Deluxe Edition includes entitlement to one post-launch downloadable expansion, currently in development, plus the Ceremonial Armor Set DLC and the Axe of the Gods weapon DLC. Note that the expansion’s content and release timing have not been finalized by ProbablyMonsters.

Is the $10 Deluxe upgrade worth it?

Mathematically the upgrade is neutral: Standard + $10 upgrade = $29.99, the same as buying Deluxe outright. So the real question is whether you want the expansion and the two cosmetic packs at all. If you expect to still be playing runs months after launch, the expansion is the meaningful part; the armor and weapon packs are cosmetic additions to the gear system.

Are there platform bonuses?

Yes — every PS5 player receives the Sonai Magistrate Armor Set free at launch, regardless of edition, according to launch reporting. PC and Xbox have no equivalent announced bonus.

Is there a season pass, battle pass or redemption codes?

Which edition should a new player buy?
