Which achievements are hidden?

Steam shows 5 of 30 achievements with blank descriptions until you earn them. The PlayStation and Xbox lists don’t hide them — Game8’s trophy list and TrueAchievements’ Xbox list both show the descriptions openly, which is where the reveals below come from. Each is also in the full list with its grade and Gamerscore.

Victory — the Full Run achievement

The rarest-feeling of the five by name, but actually the most common (20.5%): “Complete a Full Run successfully solo or in co-op.” It’s the only achievement that uses the phrase “Full Run”, and the only place that phrase officially appears — what a Full Run comprises beyond the wording is not detailed by any verified source. It can be earned solo or in co-op, per the description itself.

The three Abraxas Stones — story markers

The hidden trio tracks the campaign’s progress markers: the Abraxas Stones of Rot, War and Arcana, acquired 1st, 2nd and 3rd in that order. Community hub documentation describes the same three stones and ties them to the Dead Gods’ binding artifacts — though which stone belongs to which god is not officially detailed. The descending unlock rates (19.8% → 9.0% → 5.4%) chart how deep the player base has reached: the third stone is owned by just over one player in twenty.

One caveat this wiki carries elsewhere: Game8’s trophy list omits “Abraxas Stone of War” entirely — Steam and TrueAchievements both list it, and its siblings’ “1st” and “3rd” descriptions require a “2nd”. It’s real; Game8’s page has a gap.

Infernal Slayer — the hidden kill grind

“Kill 1000 enemies” — hidden despite being a pure counter, and the second-rarest achievement in the game at 1.8%. Ten times the kill count of the visible “Slayer” (100 kills, 54.6%), yet owned by roughly thirty times fewer players. Cumulative across runs; the grind guide covers how to approach it.

Do the hidden achievements spoil anything?

Mildly, by design — the stones reveal that stone acquisition is a fixed 1-2-3 sequence, and Victory confirms a solo-or-co-op Full Run completion exists as a concept. None of the five describe boss outcomes or story events by name. If you want the completions unspoiled, stop at the table above and come back after your first Full Run.

FAQ

How many hidden achievements does Crimson Moon have?
Five — Victory, Abraxas Stone of Rot, Abraxas Stone of War, Abraxas Stone of Arcana and Infernal Slayer. Steam hides their descriptions until earned; the console achievement lists show them openly.
Why are the Abraxas Stone achievements hidden?
They mark story progression — the stones are the campaign's progress markers, which community lore ties to the Dead Gods. Platform lists hide spoiler-adjacent achievements by convention; no official statement explains this specific choice.
What is the hidden achievement 'Victory' for?
"Complete a Full Run successfully solo or in co-op" — the official description from the PlayStation and Xbox lists. What exactly constitutes a "Full Run" is not defined by any verified source beyond this text.
